Women should strive for excellence in whatever sphere we find ourselves. Challenges don’t break us, they make us.

We experience growth when we stretch our boundaries and do new things. The driving force should be the desire to learn, to do more, to be better in the midst of whatever situation we find ourselves in.

Fear can be a limiting factor like Fear of Failure.  Everyone that has succeeded has failed in the past endeavors, learnt from the process and moved on.

Once we can conquer fear there is nothing we can’t do. Even the Bible advises that fear doesn’t come from God. For God has not given us a Spirit of fear but the spirit of love, power and a sound mind.

Our minds are powerful tools of transformation. I always recommend that we don’t clog it with junks like fear, anxiety, worry and the likes. Instead build good vision, achieve mental clarity, see possibilities, dream big dreams and then activate the thinking process to create strategies to bring such dreams to life. That’s what we do as architects, we dream about buildings we want to build, then we make the building plans and drawings for the building and then we go to the site with our team to build it. We engage the power of dreams, design planning, team engagements and execution to build beautiful houses peope live in and admire today.

This is not the case for Most individuals as Most people stop at the dream level that’s why so many dreams go to the grave.

My career as a project manager has helped me build skills for building and running transformative processes for not just buildings now for personal and professional growth. It requires clarity, courage, consistency and community to build capacity for a life Contribution and Change required

I strongly recommend that women immerse themselves in circles and engage with online communities that offer inspiration, empowerment, and support. These platforms are instrumental in navigating the journey towards leading enriched, purposeful lives.
